Polenta is served with casseula, soft stracotti, rabbits, snails and sausages.
The first courses are all fresh pasta, topped with an appetizing variety of sauces, including duck sauce. The “sciatt” dell'Osteria are also very appreciated.
For lovers of risotto Elena prepares it with Sassella, rosemary and lard and, when it is season, with asparagus and artichokes. Moreover, when it is fresh, the fish from the lake can not be lacking.
